What is covered if a card stops working?

Ask the team to confirm written warranty and replacement terms before approving your order. NFC needs a compatible phone, while the printed QR provides a second way to open the same link. Both depend on the destination page being reachable.

Does NFC work on iPhone and Android?

How will I be contacted and how do I pay?

Enter your email in the application. Use your reference to follow up with CONNECT. The team will confirm the final price, delivery and payment instructions before you approve. Online payment is pending. Keep your application reference and include it when contacting the team about your request.

Are there discounts or quotes for larger orders?

The PVC estimate applies quantity discounts automatically from two cards. For a larger order, multiple employee profiles or metal cards, request a team quote with your quantities and requirements.

When is shipping free?

For standard PVC cards, shipping is AED 30 for one card, AED 20 for 2–10 cards and free for 11 or more. Metal card delivery is confirmed with the quote.

Can team members have separate profiles?

Yes. Enter how many digital profiles you need. The estimate shows the profile fees separately.

What is covered if a card stops working?

What dimensions should I use for artwork?

Ask for the print template for your chosen material before exporting the final artwork.

Can I change my artwork after applying?

Contact the team with your application reference and the updated artwork so they can confirm what can still be changed.

What artwork should I attach?

Can I update my details later?

The NFC card points to your profile link. Updating the details at that link keeps the same card usable.

What if my card arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived?

Contact the team with your order reference and describe what happened. For damage, include a photo if available.
