Questions about NFC cards?
How do I order an NFC card?
Choose PVC or metal, upload your artwork, review the proof and submit your details. Keep the application reference for follow-up.
How will I be contacted and how do I pay?
Enter your email in the application. Use your reference to follow up with CONNECT. The team will confirm the final price, delivery and payment instructions before you approve. Online payment is pending.
What is covered if a card stops working?
Ask the team to confirm written warranty and replacement terms before approving your order. NFC needs a compatible phone, while the printed QR provides a second way to open the same link. Both depend on the destination page being reachable.
Are there discounts or quotes for larger orders?
The PVC estimate applies quantity discounts automatically from two cards. For a larger order, multiple employee profiles or metal cards, request a team quote with your quantities and requirements.

If your card is linked to your CONNECT profile, both methods open the same page with your name, photo, contact buttons, social links and Save contact. The page adapts to phone and desktop screens.
